Speen village stores and Post Office opened on the original shop site just over ten years ago having been taken over and refurbished by the Bucks Housing Assocation. The shop is run by Alison Templeman with Bob Templeman running the post office. 
The shop offers the following services:
- Fresh bread baked daily on the premises
- Homemade cakes
- Farm fresh and free range eggs
- Handmade greetings cards
- Sandwiches and baguettes made to order
- Daily newspapers
- Fresh milk and cream from Wren Davies
- Coal, logs and kindling wood
